Septic System Service Contracts

We offer a standard contract that covers the requirements for the authority having jurisdiction over your septic tank.  We do all the reporting and offer onsite repairs if needed.  A standard contract gets you 3 visits per year at a low cost of 250$ annually.

At North Texas Septic, we know that sometimes a systems needs or is required to have monthly inspections.  We offer monthly inspections to both residential and commercial customers.  These are priced on a case by case basis.  Please call for info.

We offer ,standard for all customers, a day before inspection notification.  This is done through an app our inspectors use so that everyone is aware of the appointment.  This allows you to put dogs up, unlock gates or reschedule your inspection.  Everyone is on the same page with this feature.

At North Texas Septic, we use a proprietary software application to track inspections.  These inspections are GPS located with the time and date stamped.  Email of the inspections ,with pictures, is emailed as soon as the inspection is completed.  You will know they are getting done!
